GENERAL
The terms stated below must be accepted before signing up for
any of our services. If you are unsure about the user terms,
discontinue with the registration, sign up or subscription
process and email or call for further explanation. Go

CMS, subscribing to our web design services either offline or
online through phone calls or online forms or otherwise, either
directly or through agents, assigns, proxies or otherwise
implies full and total acceptance of this terms and conditions.
Where transactions occur through direct contact with any of our
agents or marketers offline and in person (i.e physically) or
remotely by telephone conversation, social networking site or
email, the provisions of this terms and conditions shall also
apply and shall override and supercede any claims made by the
agent contrary to the provisions stated hereunder.
DISCLAIMER
GBConcepts Online, referred to as "GBConcepts Online" or "GBConcepts''
at its sole discretion, may choose to change the terms,
conditions and operation of this Web site and terms and
conditions at anytime. By using this service the user waives any
rights or claims it may have against GBConcepts Online Services.

YOU ACKNOWLEDGE THAT THIRD PARTY PRODUCT AND SERVICE PROVIDERS
ADVERTISE THEIR PRODUCTS AND SERVICES ON THE GBCONCEPTS ONLINE
WEB SITE. GBCONCEPTS ONLINE FORMS PARTNERSHIPS OR ALLIANCES WITH
SOME OF THESE VENDORS FROM TIME TO TIME IN ORDER TO FACILITATE
THE PROVISION OF THESE PRODUCTS AND SERVICES TO YOU. HOWEVER,
YOU ACKNOWLEDGE AND AGREE THAT AT NO TIME IS GBCONCEPTS ONLINE
MAKING ANY REPRESENTATION OR WARRANTY REGARDING ANY THIRD

AND SERVICES, TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW.
Contents and Copyrights Policy
Using our network to make available any obscene speech or
material, or using our network to transmit, or post defamatory,
harassing, abusive, or threatening language to any individual,
organization or Government or agency is banned. Failure to abide
by this condition will result in the User's account being
terminated and legal action taken against the user.
For Users who host their Blogs, Forums, Discussion Boards or
other social networking and content management systems and
platforms on any of our servers, we shall not tolerate the
posting of illegal, abusive, harassing, pornographic content on
these platforms. If found, such content will be deleted without
prior notice to the client and GBConcepts Online will not be
liable for any embarrassment, or loss of whatever nature that
may be suffered by the client, neither shall we be liable for
any legal action that may be brought against the client by the
aggrieved party.
Repeated posting of such offensive materials shall result in the
termination of such a client's account without notice and
without any refund of the hosting fees.
Users must not attempt to access illegally or without
authorization, computers, accounts, or networks belonging to
another party, or attempting to penetrate security measures of
another individual's system (hacking).
Clients may not send email to anyone who does not wish to
receive it. If a recipient asks to stop receiving email, the
client must stop. Clients are expressly prohibited from sending
bulk mail messages ("junk mail" or "spam"). This includes, but
is not limited to, bulk mailings of commercial advertising,
informational announcements, and political tracts. Such material
may only be sent to those who explicitly requested it.
Users must not attempt to interfere with service to any user,
host, or network ("denial of service attacks"). This includes,
but is not limited to, "flooding" of networks, deliberate
attempts to overload a service, and attempts to "crash" a host.
Clients must safeguard their account passwords to prevent
unauthorized access to their account. If any information is lost
due to a client not protecting their passwords GBCONCEPTS ONLINE
will not be held responsible.
Web Hosting Customers must not upload any pornographic or
obscene material on our servers and if a user is caught doing so
then his account will be terminated immediately and further
legal action may also be taken against him.
REFUND POLICY
For our web hosting and web design clients, their agents,
assigns or proxies, GBConcepts Online can only make refunds of
any money paid within ten days from the date of your account
creation if the client is not satisfied with the service. This
refund shall be less any costs (administrative or otherwise)
that may have been incurred by GBConcepts Online during the said
period such as domain name registration fees, VAT etc.
Users must not engage in any activities that are determined to
be illegal, including advertising, transmitting, or otherwise
making available pyramid schemes, fraudulently charging credit
cards, and pirating software.
If a hosting user is found breaking any of the above rules of
the company then his account will be immediately terminated and
no money will be refunded in that case and if our company
suffers any loss due to any such activity of the hosting client
than he will be liable to compensate the company for the same.
You must sign up with us only if you agree with our terms of
services. If we found that you are breaking the rules than we
can terminate your accounts without any prior notice and legal
action will also be taken if needed.
GBConcepts Online reserves the right to change the contents of
these terms and agreements anytime without notice to any of our
clients. So, to be abreast of our terms we advise you return
from time to time to this page.
WEBSITE DESIGN
DURATION
GBConcepts Online ensures that all our clients are satisfied
with our services by delivering prompt and timely services.
Consequently all our websites are designed and hosted within
seven working days from the date of commencement of work on the
project. We may continue working on a site from the date of
hosting and uploads until 60 days. This is done to ensure that
all our clients can provide all relevant details and changes as
they may desire.
However, it
should be noted that GBConcepts online can not work on a website
in perpetuity and reserves the right to suspend work on any
website that the owner(s) fail(s) to provide enough materials or
details to complete the website within 60 days from the date it
was hosted. Such websites will be considered as COMPLETED and
FINISHED by GBconcepts Online. Any further alterations or
modifications on the site will be charged on a per update,
monthly or annual contract basis.
AS SUCH
GBCONCEPTS ONLINE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE TO YOU OR YOUR BUSINESS
FOR ANY INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, SPECIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES
OR LOST OR IMPUTED PROFITS OR ROYALTIES ARISING OUT OF THIS
AGREEMENT OR ANY GOODS OR SERVICES PROVIDED, WHETHER FOR BREACH
OF WARRANTY OR ANY OBLIGATION ARISING THEREFROM OR OTHERWISE,
WHETHER LIABILITY IS ASSERTED IN CONTRACT OR TORT (INCLUDING
NEGLIGENCE AND STRICT PRODUCT LIABILITY) AND IRRESPECTIVE OF
WHETHER YOU HAVE BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF ANY SUCH
LOSS OR DAMAGE. EACH PARTY HEREBY WAIVES ANY CLAIMS THAT THESE
EXCLUSIONS DEPRIVE SUCH PARTY OF AN ADEQUATE REMEDY
ACCOUNT
SUSPENSION OR CANCELLATION
GBConcepts reserves the right to cancel or suspend the hosting
accounts of a client if the client fails to live up to his / her
financial obligations or breaches any of our terms of
operation/service.
Clients and customers who fail to pay their web design and
hosting fees where initial deposits were made and fail to abide
by our service agreements whether orally or in writing may have
their accounts suspended.
Failure to make payments when an invoice is overdue may attract
extra charges or account suspension until the necessary fees are
paid in full.
Promoted Products and Third Party Products
For those who wish to invest in any of the programs promoted by
GBConcepts Online, you agree that GBConcepts Online shall not be
held responsible or liable for any losses or profits you may
incur in the course of the investment program. We only provide
the content or links "as is" and make no express warranties as
to the authenticity or genuineness of such programs and hence
every investor must weigh the risks and benefits as well as
conduct his own private due diligence before investing.
